Enrolments

When considering enrolling your child at Mitchell State School, please contact the administration office and make an appointment.

Your should download and complete the Department's enrolment form (PDF, 466 KB). To determine when your child can commence their prep year, please use the prep ready reckoner calculator. 

Please complete the enrolment form from the link above and ensure you have all the required documents and/or information with you to enable a smooth process in enrolment. These include:

• Birth certificate
  
• Enrolment details of previous schools
• Contact details
• International status – Passport  and Visa details if not an Australian citizen
• Medical details, including completing our school's medical information and sport consent form (PDF, 31 KB)
• An internet usage agreement form (PDF, 49 KB)
• The use of students' image in the media consent form (PDF, 123 KB)
